Our Commitments to You
Honesty and Transparency
- We will only put you forward for roles that genuinely match your skills, experience, and preferences
- We will provide clear, accurate information about every role — including salary, location, hours, and expectations
- We will never submit your CV to an employer without your explicit consent
- We will be upfront about timelines, feedback, and the status of your application
Professional Support
- You will have a dedicated recruitment consultant as your single point of contact
- We will provide CV advice, interview preparation, and employer briefings
- We will keep you informed at every stage of the recruitment process
- We will provide constructive feedback after interviews, regardless of the outcome
International Candidates
- We will manage the full work permit application process on your behalf
- We will provide relocation guidance including accommodation, travel, and settling-in support
- We will assist with PPS registration, bank accounts, and workplace orientation
- We will conduct regular check-ins after your start date to ensure you are settling in well
Data Protection
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy
- We will never share your information without your consent
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time
What We Ask of You
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your qualifications, experience, and right to work
- Notify us promptly if your availability, contact details, or circumstances change
- Attend interviews and commitments arranged on your behalf, or give reasonable notice if you cannot
- Communicate openly with your consultant about your preferences and any concerns
- Do not apply directly to employers who have been introduced to you through Foresight
