About This Notice

Candidates
- Name, email, phone number, postal address
- CV, work history, qualifications, skills, certifications
- Right to work documentation (passport, visa, work permit details)
- References and background check results
- Interview notes and assessment records
- Bank details (for payroll, temporary workers only)
Employers
- Company name, registration number, address
- Contact person name, email, phone
- Job specifications and hiring requirements
- Contractual and billing information
Website Visitors
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited, time on site, referral source

Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): Where you have given specific consent, e.g. submitting a registration form or CV
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): Where processing is necessary to fulfil a contract with you or take pre-contractual steps
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): Where we must comply with employment law, tax obligations, or regulatory requirements
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided these do not override your rights
Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
- Candidate data: Up to 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion
- Employer data: For the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years for financial records
- Website analytics: Anonymised after 26 months
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data storage and transmission (TLS/SSL)
- Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel
- Regular security assessments and staff training
- Secure destruction of data when no longer required
International Transfers
Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA (for example, when coordinating with international candidates), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.
