About This Role

A well-known Galway restaurant group is hiring a Head Chef to lead their kitchen team. This is an opportunity to create seasonal menus using local Irish produce in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning and costing
  • Experience managing a kitchen brigade
  • Food safety and HACCP certification
  • Passion for Irish and international cuisine
